We are delighted to anounce the first Bed & Breakfast in the monumental heart of the white, historic town of Antequera.
Casa Castillo offers three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two of the rooms have a balcony and/or private terrace. This small-scale setup allows us to share everything Antequera and its surroundings have to offer with those looking for a mixture of culture and nature.
Casa Castillo Bed and Breakfast is situated in the quiet, monumental zone of Antequera. From our B&B's doorstep, you can go on beautiful walks in the surrounding countryside. And if you follow the street into the other direction, you can reach the lively centre of Antequera within just a few minutes. The town has not been affected by mass tourism, which gives the traveler a sense of having discovered a new gem in authentic Andalucia.
Only few people realise that Antequera is situated on the crossroads in Andalucia. Besides a visit to the town's many beautiful monuments and the famous El Torcal mountain range, which is certainly worth a visit, it is easy to go on a daytrip to cities such as Málaga, Granada, Seville and Ronda by car/bus/train. Furthermore, Antequera is the ideal starting point for a visit to the coast and the many surrounding natural parks.
Casa Castillo offers spectacular views of the famous Moorish castle with its many legends, as well as the El Torcal mountain range and the historic neighbourhood of San Juan, right at our feet. And of course, we will be more than happy to share with you the useful tips and inside knowledge that we have gathered about the region.
